Netter Vibrating Tables (VT)
Description
Applications for Netter Vibrating Tables (VT)
- Compacting bulk materials in boxes or bags
- Testing components (electronics, packaging, automotive components, etc.)
- Compacting powder, foundry sand, polymer concrete, fireproof mass or precast concrete
- Smoothing lumps in bulk material
- Flattening bags
- Shaking off and separating material adhesions
Drives:
All of the vibrating tables can be driven using either electric or pneumatic vibrators.
Electric:
- With one vibrator: rotary vibration
- With two vibrators: directional vibration, due to synchronized running of the electric vibrators
- Advantage: defined vibration amplitudes, frequencies and accelerations
Pneumatic:
- Directional vibration
- Immediate start/stop operation, very short start-up and braking times
- Optimum force transmission due to vibrator “impact into cushion of air”
- Advantage: ease of control, continuous force adjustment according to loading, continuous reduction of vibration amplitude by throttling exhaust.

Series VT/RW
Description
- Available with or without roller track
- The lower rack is adjacent to the scales and exerts no load on them
- Electric or pneumatic drives
Application
- For installation in a roller track standing on scales
- The vibrating table raises the load for vibration and compaction
- When lowered the load is weighed together with the roller track
- Ideal for filler installations
